Been a busy week

To end this week I leave you with a couple of videos. One is a guy using only his voice to sing the Pokemon theme song. The other is the leftovers from Super Mario Crossover.

First the Pokemon. I’ll leave it up to you decide if this is “cool” or not, but I thought it was an interesting experiment. He sings much better then I expected…

And now the leftovers from Super Mario Crossover. (If you have not played the game, click here. Very cool.) This animation comes from a webcomic I like called “Dueling Analog.” It is actually where i found the other video as well…*coughs.*

Sorry about the late comic this week! I have family, became sick, and also came down with another sickenss called “Borderlands.” No excuses though…

It is up now :) Will be up on the right time (Monday) next week!

Welcome to the new Random Encounters

And excuse the dust, we are still building it.  As you can see by the blog post above, we have a new artist for the site, a  Jalen Paul Allen by name.  He is enthusatic about drawing Random Encounters, so I am happy to have him aboard. We will also be seeing contributions from Wes Bond, who runs our sister site My Dead Heroes, a site dedicated to the many forms of Role Playing. (Wes can correct me if I don’t get the description just right :) )  You will also be seeing Don Waldren post, though I don’t have a website to link you to at the moment.  You may remember him as MightyBlueHero.  Of course I will be posting articles and columns to this site as well and, hopefully, we will get the Random Podcast going.

Welcome to RE and I hope to be able to keep this site around for at least five more years!
