Might and Magic? (PC)
November 10th, 2007I know it is old school.. Really.. Really.. old school, however.. Mr. Boss Man’s post on Dragon warriors reminded me of a sweet little RPG gem that started me in the world of PC gaming- ((Well this and Warcraft: Orcs and Humans But well… Who’s paying that much attention eh?))
Might and Magic VI is an amazing game for its time.. A standard RPG of quests and monster bashing and traveling all over the world for the greater good.. The dungeons have traps, each class you play have spells special for them.. you have groups and all that such. and what old game would be compleat without its bugs?
If you go back now and play the game.. I promise.. You will most likely die laughing at the graphics.. How choppy the gameplay is.. Among a multitude of other things.. However.. Why not look it up maybe? Give it a try.. Just for.. I don’t know.. Nostalgia.

Good game. BTW You can play most of the Might and Magic games (Both the RPG and the Might and Magic heroes franchise) on gametap. Cool service..sixty bucks a year nets you hundreds and hundreds of games, from the old school RPG and Console games to modern games like Tomb Raider: Legends and Jericho.
Anyway I should post some of my fave “early” RPGs….
